The Amhurst Road proposal focuses on a change of use alongside architectural improvements that combine practicality with aesthetics. The ground floor plan has been redesigned to suit the requirements of a new shop, improving flow and usability for both staff and visitors.

Simultaneously, the southwest elevation has been upgraded with a contemporary look, strengthening the building’s identity and contribution to the streetscape.
