We’re delighted to share that planning approval has been granted by the London Borough of Merton for our Haydon’s Road project (SW19 8LA).
The approved proposal involves the change of use of the rear part of the existing ground-floor retail unit (Class E) to create a self-contained studio flat (1 x 1-bedroom).
