Our approach centred on maximising usable space, ensuring compliance with fire safety and building regulations, and delivering practical, well-designed living accommodation suited to the local rental market in CR7.
Through careful planning, detailed drawings, and full coordination with the local authority, we successfully secured Prior Approval.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are pleased to announce that Prior Approval has been granted for the residential conversion at Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath CR7 7JG.
The approved scheme includes the creation of well-designed self-contained studio flats, each carefully planned to meet space standards and functional living requirements. The proposals incorporated:
