This project involved carrying out a detailed measured survey of a residential property on Coulsdon Road, CR5.
The objective was to accurately capture the building’s internal layout, elevations, roof configuration and structural sections to produce a complete set of existing-condition drawings suitable for planning, design development, and future alterations.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our team completed a comprehensive measured building survey at 167 Coulsdon Road, Coulsdon CR5 1EG, delivering a full drawing package including:
