8. Right to Withdraw (Consumer Clients Only)

You may cancel services within 14 days of signing the contract, unless work has already commenced. Refunds exclude completed work or administrative fees (£50 + VAT).

9. Liability & Insurance

• Our liability is limited to 150% of fees paid for the relevant service.
• We are not liable for:
  • Planning application rejections.
  • Third-party contractor errors.
  • Delays caused by extreme weather or supply chain issues.
• We maintain £1 million Professional Indemnity Insurance.

10. Termination

By Us: We may terminate services for payment defaults (30+ days overdue) or material breaches of these Terms.
By You: Written notice is required. Cancellation fees apply based on work completed.

11. Dispute Resolution

1. Negotiation (30-day cooling-off period).
2. Mediation (via RIBA or CIOB).
3. Legal Proceedings (English courts have exclusive jurisdiction).

12. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

• Personal data is stored securely for 7 years (professional requirement).
• We do not share client information without consent.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to:
