PROJECT CONCEPT

This project involved preparing a clear, Land Registry–compliant lease plan for a property on Mitcham Road, SW17.

The objective was to accurately define the demise, clearly outline the extent of the leasehold area in red, and provide floor-by-floor clarity including roof garden areas. The plan needed to meet Land Registry standards while remaining easy to interpret for legal and conveyancing purposes.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We prepared a detailed lease plan for Mitcham Road, London SW17 9NJ 

The drawing package included:

• Clearly defined red-line demise
• Ground, First and Second Floor layouts
• Roof Garden identified within the lease boundary
• Gross Internal Area calculations
• OS-based location plan with highlighted property

The plan was produced at an appropriate scale (1:100 @ A3) and structured in line with Land Registry guidance to ensure clarity for conveyancers and legal teams.
