Planning permission has been approved by Brent Council for a residential project at Draycott Avenue, Harrow.
The approved works include the demolition of an existing rear extension and the construction of a new single-storey rear extension, alongside a hip-to-gable loft conversion with a rear dormer, Juliet balcony, and rooflights.
The scheme was designed to improve internal space and usability across both ground and roof levels, providing a practical and well-integrated extension to the existing dwelling.
